This map demonstrates the ability of Google Maps to produce driving directions on the fly.
The form to the right prompts the user to enter a start address and then select one of the
UBC locations from the list box. It then produces the driving directions.
In order to create this magic, Google Maps has to perform the following operations:
- Retrieve the start and end addresses from the user's selections
- Geocode (find the lat / lon) for the addresses
- Retrieve the driving directions for the address
